Chicken Sandwich with black truffle sauce
Ingredients for 2 people
4 slices of bread for sandwiches
2 chicken breast slices
2 salad leaves
Fine sea Salt
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Casale1485 black truffle sauce
50 g Parmesan flakes
In a bowl pour the mayonnaise and 2 teaspoon Casale1485 black truffle sauce, and stir until blended.
Grill the chicken breast slices, then cut them into strips (less than 1 cm wide), add the remaining Casale1485 black truffle sauce, half teaspoon of fine sea salt and stir.
Warm it up for 2 minutes.
Spread 2 slices of bread with the mayonnaise, then spread the Casale1485 black truffle sauce.
Cover with one salad leave, add the chicken strips and the parmesan.
Spread one teaspoon of mayinnaise on the remaining 2 slices of bread to cover the sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches in a half and serve.
