Tagliatelle pasta with black truffle sauce
Ingredients for 2 people
200g tagliatelle pasta
2 tablespoons per person Casale1485 black truffle sauce
3 cloves of garlic
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method
Step 1:
In a saucepan pour 2 litres of water and bring to the boil, then add a tablespoon of fine sea salt and the Tagliatelle pasta. Let them cook approximatly 10 minutes until “al dente” (check cooking time on the package).
Step 2:
In the meantime, in another saucepan, put 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil per person, add the cloves of garlic and 2 tablespoons of Casale1485 black truffle sauce per person.
Warm it up for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Drain carefully the Tagliatelle pasta, pour them in the saucepan with the black truffle sauce and stir.
Serve as main course at lunch or dinner.

Hamburger with black truffle

Ingredients for 2 people:
2 burger buns
2 white onions
Casale1485 extra virgin olive oil
80 g standard ketchup
2 teaspoons of Casale1485 black truffle sauce
2 salad leaves
Salt
Ingredients for 2 Hamburgers:
200 g beef minced meat
2 teaspoons of Casale1485 black truffle sauce
Fine sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
Method
Hamburgers
Step 1:
In a bowl put the beef minced meat togheter with Casale1485 black truffle sauce, a pinch of fine sea salt, some freshly ground pepper according to your taste, then stir until blended.
Step 2:
Divide the meat into two parts and shape each one as a ball, then crush them with your hands to form the burgers.
Step 3:
Black truffle ketchup
In a bowl, put the ketchup togheter with 2 teaspoons of Casale1485 black truffle sauce, and stir unitl melted.
Step 4:
Onions
In a saucepan, pour 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, the white inions finely chopped, a pinch of fine sea salt, stir and warm it up for 2 minutes until soft.
Put the onions in a bowl.
Step 5:
In a saucepan put the hamburgers and let them cook for 3 minutes on both sides.
Step 6:
Cut in half the burger buns.
Cover one half bun with the salad, add the onions, then put the hamburger on the top.
Spread the hamburger with one tablespoon of the black truffle ketchup and cover with the remaining half bun.
Serve warm immediatly!

Ingredients for 2 people:
90g pecorino cheese or another semi-seasoned cheese of your choice
1 pear
1 spoon of Casale1485 black truffle sauce
2 slices of bread per person
Method
Step 1:
Cut the bread into slices. We suggest a thickness of around 1cm, the trick is not to cut it too thin, or thick.
Step 2:
Lightly toast the bread on both sides.
Step 3:
Cut the pecorino cheese into slices.
Cover the bread with the 2 slices of pecorino cheese.
Step 4:
Cut the pear into slices.
Cover the pecorino cheese with the slices of pear.
Step 5:
Cover the pear with 2 slices of pecorino cheese.
Step 6:
Spread the top with a teaspoon of Casale1485 black truffle sauce.
Step 7:
Warm up the Crostoni in an oven at 200°C for less than 5 minutes.
Serve hot immediatly!
Suitable at brunch, lunch or dinner!
Chicken Sandwich with black truffle sauce
Chicken Sandwich with black truffle sauce
Ingredients for 2 people
4 slices of bread for sandwiches
2 chicken breast slices
2 salad leaves
Fine sea Salt
4 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Casale1485 black truffle sauce
50 g Parmesan flakes
Method
Step 1:
In a bowl pour the mayonnaise and 2 teaspoon Casale1485 black truffle sauce, and stir until blended.
Step 2:
Grill the chicken breast slices, then cut them into strips (less than 1 cm wide), add the remaining Casale1485 black truffle sauce, half teaspoon of fine sea salt and stir.
Warm it up for 2 minutes.
Step 3:
Spread 2 slices of bread with the mayonnaise, then spread the Casale1485 black truffle sauce.
Cover with one salad leave, add the chicken strips and the parmesan.
Spread one teaspoon of mayinnaise on the remaining 2 slices of bread to cover the sandwiches.
Cut the sandwiches in a half and serve.

Ingredients for 2 people
2 spoons of Casale1485 black truffle sauce
2 slices of white sourdough bread per person
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoonso per person

Method
Step 1:
Cut the bread into slices. We suggest a thickness of around 1cm, the trick is not to cut it too thin, or thick.
Step 2:
Lightly toast the bread on both sides.
Step 3:
Rub down the clove of garlic on the surface of the bread, then spread a spoon of Casale1485 black truffle sauce evenly on the bread.
Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Serve the “Bruschette” warm as an aperitif or hors d’oeuvre. Enjoy with friends!
