Snack with Farro, avocado, and salmon
Ingredients for 2 people
6 Gallette snacks with Farro, 100g slices of salmon, ½ avocado, 1 tomato, 1 teaspoon of minced parsley, ½ lemon, fine sea salt, extra virgin olive oil
In a saucepan put the avocado and the tomato coarsely chopped, dress with 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, and the lemon juice, add some salt to taste, then stir.
Garnish every Galletta snack with Farro with a slice of salmon, then add some pieces of tomato and avocado as a topping. Dust the Gallette with some minced parsley and serve them up as a hors d’oeuvre or as an appetizer.
