Bruschetta with black truffle

Ingredients for 2 people

2 spoons of Casale1485 black truffle sauce
2 slices of white sourdough bread per person
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoonso per person


Step 1:
Cut the bread into slices. We suggest a thickness of around 1cm, the trick is not to cut it too thin, or thick.

Step 2:
Lightly toast the bread on both sides.

Step 3:
Rub down the clove of garlic on the surface of the bread, then spread a spoon of Casale1485 black truffle sauce evenly on the bread.
Add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Serve the “Bruschette” warm as an aperitif or hors d’oeuvre. Enjoy with friends!
